Sales Administration Officer

Job Duties:

· Develop detailed project plan to track progress, monitor and control to ensure on-time delivery of projects 

· Handle internal departmental procedures and audits 

· Make use of analytic tools to optimize the entire project life cycle with well planning, executing,monitoring, controlling, and closing projects 

· Assist the supervisor on delegated work & follow up ad hoc assignments 

· Occasional travel to China sites as required 

  

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business,Engineering or related disciplines 

· Good interpersonal skill,self-motivated and good analytical skill 

· Experience in customer service,project planning or data management is an advantage 

· Good written and oral communication in English & Chinese 

· Proficient in MS offices including Excel & PowerPoint
