Responsibilities:

*Build, develop and maintain in-house database.
*Business development for new clients
*Spearheading online and offline marketing projects
that increase the organization's presence and client reach.
*Designing and implementing strategic development
plan to serves our company mission.
*Supervising and coaching the team to achieve targets.
*Identifying new opportunities with the potential clients
and actively introduce the recruitment services to them.
*Managing the full recruitment process

Requirements:

*Minimum 3-5 years solid working experience in
Recruitement and Client Services will be high preferable
*More experience will be consider as Senior Recruitment
Consultant
*Able to work independently and efficiently in multi-
tasking
*High level of independence and strong motivation
