Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotation and business proposal
- Establish and maintain customer database and filing system.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure services required by customers are met
- Conduct monthly reports and analyze operation data
- Analyze sales trends, compare current and historical data
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
- 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics industry would be an advantage
- Attention to details and good numerical sense
- Independent and detail minded. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS offices (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Chinese word processing etc)
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
- Five Day Work, Fresh Graduates are also welcome
- Immediate available will be an advantage
