Customer Service Representative, Call Centre (Part-time) 客戶服務代表,呼叫中心(兼職)
Job Responsibilities 工作職責:
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and complaints related to client products and
services 處理與客戶產品和服務相關的客戶查詢和投訴
• Make outbound calls to customers to update Event / Products information
向客戶撥打外線電話以更新活動/產品信息
• Ensure all procedures taken and tasks performed are adhered to Company Policy,
corresponding guidelines and service level standard, as well as regulatory and audit
requirements
確保所採取的所有程序和執行的任務均符合公司政策、相應的指導方針和服務平標準,
以及監管和審計要求
• Collect feedback from customers and properly record upon procedure
收集客戶反饋並妥善記錄程序
Requirements 要求:
• 1 year of working experience, preferably in customer service or call centre 1
年工作經驗,最好在客戶服務或呼叫中心工作
• Familiar with various MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese
Word Processing 熟悉各種MS Office 應用程序, 包括 Word、Excel 和中文 文字 處理
