Company Secretary
Job Description
Ø Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
Ø Handle business correspondence and campaign promotion as required.
Ø Provide support on insurance cases, including data input, update record and facilitate the operations of cases.
Ø Assist to handle any ad hoc projects and new initiatives which assigned by senior management.
Ø Serves as a liaison between internal parties and business partners.
Ø Prepare presentation materials, gather data from relevant parties and prepare data analysis.
Ø Perform independent research for market information, projects-related or any topics assigned.
Ø Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties, take minutes and keep track of post-meeting follow-ups
Ø Handle business enquiries.
Ø Other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Job Requirements
Ø Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Ø 2+years solid experience in insurance industry.
Ø Experience in handling insurance cases is highly preferred.
Ø Knowledge in insurance procedures and relevant Ordinance and Regulations.
Ø Fast-paced, well-organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills.
