Responsible :
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties
- Update, control and maintain staff record in HR database and filing system
- Handle office administration duties including all office furniture and fixture, maintenance of office equipment, machines and assist the organization of parties, annual dinner etc.
- Update and maintain record in administrative system
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
Requirement :
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management or Business-related knowledge
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in human resources and administration
- Knowledge on Labour Ordinance and related regulations
- Mature, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility, possess problem solving skills, hard working, able and willing to handle multitasks as assigned
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is preferable
