Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution consulting service and sell SOCIF's enterprise solutions to the target sectors
- Understand the technical capabilities and possible solution mix of SOCIF's solutions
- Actively search, contact, and visit potential clients, channels and distributors
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and other defined KPIs.
- Maintain relationships with clients including training and support, contract renewal, up-sales and cross-sales.
Job Requirements:
- 0-3 years of enterprise or solution sales experience or related fields (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals and with that exceeding sales targets.
- Goal-oriented and result-driven;
- Able to work under pressure and achieve the targets;
- Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation;
