Job Highlights:
- Contract Period: from Dec 2022 to Apr 2023
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 18:00pm
- HKD500 per day
Job Duties:
- Perform general administrative and reception duties in a professional manner
- Greet and serve visitors and guests
- Arrange meeting room bookings and equipment set up
- Provide support in General Office providing assistance and support when necessary
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year working experience
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, punctual, pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibilities
- Good knowledge of MS office, both Chinese and English typing
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
