SyncIn Ltd is a boutique recruitment that provides permanent recruitment services to a wide range of companies across the Asia Pacific region.
We are helping one of our clients which is a mulit-national cooperation who is looking for a Human Resource Officer at the moment. Please see below for the job descriptions below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a subject matter expert on recruitment and talent hire, support business sustainability and growth through developing the talent pool and pipeline. With 80% time focusing on talent acquisition.
- Manage the talent pool in the HR recruiting system.
- Connect with potential candidates through direct sourcing and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with recruitment agencies to build Hilti’s employer brand in the market and develop the talent pool.
- Take lead on driving employer branding topics, university network and campus recruitment.
- As a HR business partner, work with line managers on people solutions in including areas of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and people development.
- Lead or involve in HR projects as per business needs, working closely with the regional HR team.
- Compile HR statistics and reports for management review.
- Support HR operations and office administration duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or above in ANY DISCIPLINE
- Minimum 1 years working experience in MNC as HR
- Solid recruiting experience especially in hiring direct sourcing
- Strong planning and organizational skills, problem solving skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese is a MUST.
- Immediate available will be an ADVANTAGE
