Field Service Engineer [維修技術員]

職責

• 前往指定客戶處所進行保養、維修、軟件更新及提升、機件安裝，並為客戶提供正確的機件使用指引及培訓
• 收集及記錄機件資料，以便監察機件運作表現
• 及時將技術問題轉達技術支援部，為客戶尋求解決方案及提供相關協助

條件

• 最少一年相關經驗，對機件有興趣 (亦歡迎畢業生應徵)
• 能自律及獨立工作
• 以客戶服務為先, 有良好溝通技巧, 具備團隊精神
• 需外勤到指定客戶地點工作, 例如﹕銀行、找換店、零售店等等

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, software upgrades, and machine installation in the field and provide customer/internal training
• Gather and record machine information to monitor performance
• Escalate difficult technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance from technical support team

Requirement: 

• Passion to handle machine, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Must be able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
• At least 1 year working experience
• Service oriented, good communication skills, team player
• On-site support at customer sites, such sites might include banks, exchange shops, retail shop, etc
