Studio 5678以空間為題，致力於打造以舞蹈及多功能場地為主的空間出租工作室。 利用細分化空間建立多元化，Studio 5678將佔地近1800呎的空間，建構出不同類別的活動空間 提供鏡房租用, 跳舞室租用, 多功能場地租用。私人空間包括由800呎、1000呎及併合達至1800呎不等的舞蹈室，配以優良音響設備及舞蹈地板，供顧客進行不同的舞蹈活動；舞蹈室亦可轉換成黑房，並設有舞台燈光及音響，以迎合更多需求，如：戲劇綵排、拍攝及訪問、小型展覽及活動、中小型會議及分享會等。 位處香港九龍新中環基地觀塘，Studio 5678距離港鐵站只有10分鐘路程鄰近APM，交通便利，而除了空間租用外，場內亦設有自助水機、獨立洗手間、浴室及儲物櫃租用服務等設施。Studio 5678！務求創造一個共享舞蹈及多功能空間基地。 ​ ​   

  Studio 5678 is one of Hong Kong's most reputable dance studios with both young inspirational talent and veteran teachers who guide students to achieve their personal goals. In addition to dance Studio 5678 offers a variety of ther classes as well including yoga, TRX and stretching. The studio is located in the heart of Kwun Tong and is also rented out for private hire. The facilities are comprised of two large multifunctional rooms 1000 and 800 square feet respectively. In addition to the spacious multifunctional rooms, there are male and female changing rooms, restrooms, showers, a bar-style kitchen and a large reception area. Both multifunctional rooms are equipt with state of the art sound systems with both regular and hands-free fitness microphones, mirrored walls, a projector, and professional hardwood dance floors. The rooms have a variety of lighting options ranging from programable LED RGB lighting, stage lighting, red lamps and standard warm room lighting. Using a retractable mirrored soundproof wall the studio is dedicated to providing a venue that is adaptable with various organizations renting the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, filming, exhibitions, private functions, meetings and more. Studio 5678 is less than a 10 minutes walk from the MTR station with on site parking and with easy accessibility to APM shopping mall.
