Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to supply chain functions
- Work closely with UK Head Office, Far East Suppliers and Factories for order processing and delivery schedule
- Handle sourcing projects assigned by manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year working experience in Purchasing environment
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Knowledge with SAP B1 is desirable.
- Self-motivated and good team player, able to handle multiple tasks
