Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to supply chain functions
  • Work closely with UK Head Office, Far East Suppliers and Factories for order processing and delivery schedule
  • Handle sourcing projects assigned by manager

 Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year working experience in Purchasing environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Knowledge with SAP B1 is desirable.
  • Self-motivated and good team player, able to handle multiple tasks
