 Job Description 

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide service support to customer enquiries/instructions, aftersales support to credit card products. 
  • Handle customer enquiries from incoming call, outbound call and email on credit card products. 
  • Follow up customer's complaint. 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:  

  • F.5 or Diploma above. 
  • Minimum 1 years of customer services experience, preferably in banking, call centre, or credit card business. 
  • Detail-minded and customer-oriented. 
  • Proficient in spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Short notice is preferred.
