Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide service support to customer enquiries/instructions, aftersales support to credit card products.
- Handle customer enquiries from incoming call, outbound call and email on credit card products.
- Follow up customer's complaint.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or Diploma above.
- Minimum 1 years of customer services experience, preferably in banking, call centre, or credit card business.
- Detail-minded and customer-oriented.
- Proficient in spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Short notice is preferred.
