We are seeking an experienced IT Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

 

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Perform hardware/software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Backup and restore data as needed
• Manage inventory of all IT assets
• Responsible for user support, administration and implementing systems
• Conduct training and support for end-users
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required
• 1 year or above IT support experience
• Fresh garudate will also be considered 
•  Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science preferably     related   disciplines
•  IT Certificates holder is an advantage
•  Knowledge in PC hardware / software / troubleshooting
•  Experience with Windows OS, MS Office application and network
•  Organized, willing to learn, independent, multi-tasking 
•  Immediate available is highly preferred
