1.跟進客戶,安排面試和外傭篩選, 主要需要在外进行简历收集和拓展客户业务

2.管理線上客戶諮詢,包括網站,微信,whats app和其它公司的社交平台。

3.遞送提交材料到入境處

4.編輯外傭簡歷和更新

5.需要普通話,粵語和英語 書寫和溝通能力

6.会用excel, word 和ppt,基礎的電腦應用

7.其它實際需要的工作責任

8.工作時間,週一至週五9:30am-7:30pm,(週三休假或換休),週末需工作時間為10am-8pm(可根據實際情況安排工作時間)

底薪5000HKD+佣金,年終按業績分紅。 (Full-time)

provide effective sales supports to clients. Go out to promote our band and get clients and suitable helpers.

Handle direct client’s enquiries, day-to-day communicate and follow-up clients.

NEED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ABILITY

Requirements and duties:

-monitor and manage our website inquiries on daily basis 

-need to interview our helper applicants ahead of time and arrange interviews for employers 

-recruit local finished contract helpers to get their contact information

-follow up employers' cases and solve problems

- Liaise with customers to follow up contracts

-Proficient in spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.  Native Mandarin is an advantage.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Good telephone manners

-Work independently with minimum supervisions

-Immediate available is preferred

-Prior experience in customer service and sales will be an asset

-An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills and managing documents and relationship.

- Assist customers and domestic helpers to complete application forms

- Assist domestic helpers to apply visa extension or related application in Hong Kong Immigration

-hand over documents to our partners 

- Take domestic helpers to medical check-up in Hong Kong and pick up in the airport if needed

-prepare resumes for helper applicants

-keep update our clients and applicants' documents on our drive (update online and offline documents)

-knows about how to use word, excel and ppt and basic computer.

-other duties if needed 

Working hour: M-F: 9:30am-7:30pm,(Wednesday will be holiday or alternate holiday), need to work on weekend, especially on Sunday (working house is 10am-8pm, basic on the reality we may alternate the working hour) 

base salary 5000hkd+commission and bonus , medical insurance , year end bonus based on performance
