(1) Provides compassionate (i.e. non-killing, non-pollution, non-toxic) employment opportunities and on-the-job vegan/vegetarian culinary training to grassroots women.
(2) Provides non-killing, safe, convenient, affordable, delicious and nutritious vegan/vegetarian food that is easy to carry, stock up and reheat. Our food blends well into mainstream food culture and fast city lifestyle, making the switch to veganism/vegetarianism healthier and easier than ever before.
