Ocean Empire International Limited has established in operating and managing a chain of traditional Chinese Congee Restaurants, “Ocean Empire Food Shop” since 1992. Now, we have over 17 retail shops with central kitchen in operation, employing more than 250 staff in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Apart from Congee Shops, we have also established and manages other brands, including a Japanese and Taiwanese Restaurant, Cafés and Western Cuisine Restaurants.
