About the Role

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be reporting to Program Manager and working as part of our CS team. At QIMA, we see the role of CS as maintaining good relations with clients and coordinating work efficiently to ensure high levels of service quality. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries;
  • Test Assignment, Prepare quotation and follow-up orders;
  • Coordinate between external and internal parties to ensure to complete the order on time;
  • Develop a relationship with client;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

The Skills We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/degree holder in Science discipline (though Science, Engineering, Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
  • Fresh graduates and IANG candidates are highly preferred;
  • More experience will consider as Senior Client Service Representative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good problem-solving skill;
  • Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
