Your Role

1. Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

2. Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions and referrals to our financial service partners where appropriate.

3. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on issues.

4. Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest service improvements.

5.Support company events, promotions, or ad-hoc projects as needed.
