About the Job

We are now looking for a talented team of Managers specializing in different disciplines of Sales / Marketing / HR Recruit / Business Development to support the business across the APAC region with Headquarters in Hong Kong.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the strategic development and go-to-market plans for the marketplace in your field of expertise.
  • Develop relationship with prospective customers and manage their development and growth into close collaboration with us.
  • Lead Sales / Marketing / Business Development teams separately and collaboratively with other team heads.
  • Analyze and report on metrics and KPIs for the Sales / Marketing / Business Development teams to optimize performance and ensure reaching corporate targets
  • Ensure quality service by frequent visits, understand and fulfill customers’ feedback
  • Drive appropriate levels of audience segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant advertising campaigns

Rewarding remuneration for Honest, Hardworking & Persistent leaders -

  • (Manager) HKD40-90K; (Officer) HKD30-50K

   Requirements:

  • Good Sales / Marketing / HR Recruit / Business Development skills and experience to evaluate opportunities from a strategic perspective and conversion into business.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of success
  • Highly self-motivated with flexibility.
  • Strong communication and abilities to Build & Motivate team.
  • DSE Graduate or those with less experience will be considered for Sales / Marketing / Business Development / HR Recruit Officer; with good prospect in promoting to Manager after demonstrating abilities by results – we are captive fan of Results Don't Lie.
