Data management in our accounting system (KamDee), Manage Bank reconciliation and other daily accounting operations,consolidated Management accounts & Monthly Management accounts and for all our companies , Monitor cash flow, payables and receivables. Insure that the company is always up to date on tax and employment matters. Manage relationship with Corp. sec., chartered accountants and Auditors in Hong-Kong, China, Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur Companies .Prepare filing and returns when not done by Corp. Sec. or accountant. Manage Supplier, Staff payments and MPF payments, Manage client statements and payments, Provide business administrative support. Perform other as hoc projects and assignments as assigned (Legal, Tax, Business)
