調酒師 (Bartender)

職責 Responsibilities:

• 提供飲料給貴賓室的客人, 能夠混合不同種類的雞尾酒
• Able to mix different cocktails & serve beverage to guests in airport lounges

入職要求 Requirements:

• 中五或以上
• Form 5 or above
• 最少三年或以上酒店或餐飲工作經驗
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel & catering industry
• 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 能夠在壓力下工作和獨立工作
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• 操流利廣東話, 普通話, 和英文
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

工作時間 Working Time:

• 上午5時至零晨1時間輪班工作
• 每天工作9小時，每月6天休息日，輪班輪休
• 5am – 1am (Shift Duty);
• 9 working hours per day; 6 regular day off per month

工作地點 Working Location:

• 赤鱲角香港國際機場 HK International Airport
