College Senior Lecturer
Duties: The appointee will play a leading role in programme management, development and teaching of Human Resources or Coaching related porgrammes in the Mainland. The scope of duties includes programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery of talks, day-to-day programme administration, and liaison with students, teachers and professional bodies. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.
Requirements: Candidates should at least possess a Master degree with 10 years relevant experience in the field of Human Resources or Coaching. Strong leadership and supervisory skills and capability to manage resources effectively, strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Teaching experience in Mandarin at postgraduate level or corporate training, and working experience in the Mainland will be a definite advantage. Qualification of ICF Associate Certified Coach is preferred.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
