Bartender - Grill Room (Fine Dining Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, high quality beverage products and service to guests.
• Provide training to the team on preparing different kinds of cocktails and beverage items.
• Support service team in the daily operations.

Requirements:

• Solid experience gained in the fine lounges or bars in hotels or clubs.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails and different kinds of beverage items.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese.
