Job scope:
- Focused on general placements, specializing in long-term contracts and temporary staffing
- Source for candidates through job advertisements and online database, interviewing, profiling to clients and managing candidates
- Negotiating terms of business and job offers
- Pro-actively developing business to business sales with important decision makers and acquiring key account clients
