Job description
- Responsible to handle daily inquiries from customers;
- Provide assistance to customers’ membership and hotel bookings and transactions;
- Provide travel tips, guides, and support to customers;
- Ensure corporate level service is provided to customers.
Job requirement
- Form 5 and above;
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
