Job Description
- Post job advertisements on various channels and social media and to pre-screen potential shortlisted candidates
- Expand potential client base and identify business opportunity by conducting market research
- Conduct candidate calls to refresh on job search status
- Coordinate on hiring activities throughout the search process
- Maintain data accuracy in system and to work on data-cleansing projects
- Prepare marketing material and EDM to reach out candidates and clients
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
