What You Will Do 你會做什麼:
· Source, screen, and select potential and qualified candidatesfrom several effective sourcing channels負責招聘同時採取不同的招聘策略,全方位網羅各色人才。需要篩選和選擇合適的候選人。
· Create job listings and advertisements on both internal andexternal job boards and websites.需要在不同網站上創建工作職責列表和登廣告。
· Schedule and conduct behavioral-based interviews, focusing onface-to-face and structured phone interviews.執行招聘流程安排面試和評估候選人的工作行為及需求,並確保新候選人入職流程順利,以及和候選人保持良好關係。
· Facilitate in negotiations with both parties (company and candidates) to achieve a mutual benefit on thecompletion of the recruitment process.促進與雙方(公司和候選人)的談判,以便在完成招聘過程中實現共同利益。
· Conduct candidates’ background and reference check.
簡單進行候選人的背景和參考檢查。
We Are Looking For我們正在尋找:
· At least 1-2 years of work experience is preferred 至少1 - 2年的工作經驗者優先考慮
· Strong willingness to learn and self-motivated individuals強烈的學習意願和自我激勵的個人
- Proactive & able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
勤力, 積極主動, 有責任感; 需有團體精神
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources/business administration, or similar
中五程度 (大專或以上學歷會優先考慮)
- Good communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills in Chinese – Cantonese and Mandarin (English is preferable)
良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文
