Sales & Admin Support (Recruitment)

 Responsibilities:

  1. Screen incoming resumes and conduct interview
  2. Manage job postings and recruiting platforms, social media (e.g. Facebook, IG) to attract and engage candidates
  3. Maintain and update Recruitment Management System (RMS)
  4. Support recruitment manager for the end-to-end recruitment process
  5. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  1. Certificate / Diploma holder or above
  2. 1-2 years working experience in Sales, Banking or Customer Service is an advantage, fresh graudate also welcome.
  3. Fluent in Chinese and English
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications
  5. Good communication and coordination skills and self-motivated
  6. Immediate available is preferred
