Job Description
l Oversee and manage the order process, prepare documentationincluding quotations, P.O., delivery and shipment documents and related orderprocessing information
l Arrange and update engineering team schedule
l Communicate with customer and vendor
l Update SAP system record including sales order and service docket
l Involve marketing activity such as enrolment, printing and follow up
l Involve administration work such as ISO record update
l Perform ad hoc task
Job Requirements
l DSE or above
l Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
l 3 year working experience or above
l Experience in SAP is an advantage but not essential
l Good command of written English and Chinese
l Good communication, Self-motivated, independent and good team player
