 Event specialist is prefect for thosewho want to get into event job felid without solid experience. The responsibleis to organize social events. This includes research on events ideas,coordination, logistic, on-site event management and budget management.  

  

Responsibilities:  

  

• Create,develop, prepare and deliver social events.  

• Activelypromote social events amongst all stakeholders  

• Managebudget and time effectively.  

•Post-event administration work.  

  

Requirements:  

  

• No eventexperience is required 

•Excellent on research, create social event ideas • Good common sense and sense of safety • Time management & organize skill • Outgoing & proactive • Matureand professional attitude • Able to work onweekends • 5-day workweek • Fluent in both spoken and written in Cantonese and English • Good commands of both written and oral presentation in Chinese andEnglish  

• Good PCskills, familiar with MS office and Chinese Typing is required
