Job Descriptions

  • Responsible to complete routine jobs (eg. quotation, invoicing, data entry, etc.)
  • Follow up incoming enquiries and complaints from our customers
  • Assist and responsible on other ad hoc issues if necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above, preferably with science subjects.
  • Min. 1 year experience in customer services especially in sales back up services is preferred.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Independent, well-organized & good interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details, responsible, fast learner and good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS office, Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
