Job Descriptions
- Responsible to complete routine jobs (eg. quotation, invoicing, data entry, etc.)
- Follow up incoming enquiries and complaints from our customers
- Assist and responsible on other ad hoc issues if necessary.
Job Requirements :
- Form 5 or above, preferably with science subjects.
- Min. 1 year experience in customer services especially in sales back up services is preferred.
- Good telephone manner.
- Independent, well-organized & good interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details, responsible, fast learner and good team player.
- Able to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS office, Chinese word processing.
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
