Duties: Reporting to the Council and/or its representative(s) and supervisor(s), he/she is responsible for:   

- providing general administrative support such as answering enquiries, performing committee secretarial duties; 

- handling member services; 

- assisting in planning and/or organising seminars, events, visits to Mainland, and members’ activities; 

- handling website update and other ad hoc projects for the Institute when required; and 

- carrying out any other duties as required by the Council and/or its representative(s) and supervisor(s). 

Requirements: he/she should be: 

- holding a higher diploma, associate degree or bachelor degree, preferably in business administration, management or related fields; 

- having good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese, willing to work overtime and outside office hours and travel to Mainland occasionally (overtime compensation will be granted); 

- hardworking, detailed oriented, highly independent and able to work under pressure; and 

- a team player with ability to multitask and exercise proper time management.
