Marketing Assistant

 Responsibilities: 

· Implement digital marketing activities; 

· To be involved in sales and marketing activities 

· Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designer & production house) and internal team 

· Manage social media platforms; 

· Update marketing materials, such as brochures, leaflets and presentations; 

· Maintain and update company website; 

· Update customer database and assist in email marketing; 

· Handle hotline enquiries and prepare sales report; 

· Participate in ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties 

Requirements: 

· From 5 or above with 1- 2 years relevant experience (fresh graduates will also be considered); 

· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; 

· Multi-tasking, self-initiative, independent, dynamic and creative 

· Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage; 

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; 

· Immediately available is highly preferred.
