About the Job
· The e-commerce buyer will develop categoryplans for the elector beauty, health and fashionsegment that will determine the product mix and procurement strategy to meetthe market demand and long-term business objectives of the company
· Develop a strong portfolio of vendors andensure smooth flow and sufficient supply of merchandises for the platform
· Fix with the vendors on inventory andlogistics arrangement
· Develop overall pricing policy and set upcompetitive pricing points for different product groups.
· Coordinate the e-commerce team on newproduct listing and advise on merchandise selection for promotion campaigns
· Monitor the performance KPI of differentcategories and take actions to improve the situation
Requirements
· High Diploma or above in Beauty and PersonalCare, E-commerce or Digital Marketing
· Minimum 2 years’ buying experience in B2Cecommerce, exposure to health and cosmetics products or ladies’ fashion wouldbe highly preferred.
· Very good fashion sense and strong businessacumen
· Self-motivated, positive, independent and canwork under pressure
· Knowledge on MS Office Applicationsincluding Words, Excel and Powerpoint
· Fluent in both written and spoken Englishand Chinese, some knowledge on Korean or Japanese is helpful
