Customer Relationship Officer (Service Support)
- To support any kinds of bill, CS enquiries or issues follow up towards customers
- To follow up any after sales and change service transactions
- To properly follow the pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner & per requirements, policies, guidelines and procedures stipulated by all concerning parties from times to times
- To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties.
- To discharge duty in a professional manner so that company image can be safeguarded at all times.
- To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years working experience in mobile industry is preferred
- Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English.
- Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented.
