Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation for production team;
- Follow and coordinate the production planning with internal and external parties;
- Liaise with local suppliers and contractors continuously during the production process and maintain critical timelines;
- Report to Production Manager of the production updates periodically;
- Provide support for the installation work onsite, monitor the progress of works and operations when onsite work get start;
- Work closely with Quality to resolve any product quality issues occurring during production;
- Occasional business travel to China will be required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skill in English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Familiar with basic computer operation and instrument application software (such as CAD, Solidwork, MS Office, etc.);
- Site support or management experience will be an advantage;
- Strong planning & organizing ability with good problem solving skill;
- Must be able to work independently and with cross-functional teams;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Coordinator.
