The Institute of Print-media Professionals, a professional body with the objective to enhance the professionalism of the print-media sector, is now inviting a dynamic and energetic high-calibre candidate to join its Institute Secretariat as:   

Marketing & Administrative Officer (Part-time)

Key responsibilities: 

- Formulate and implement marketing and promotion functions, such as conference, social events, andcollaterals development, budgeting, etc.; 

- Provide support various functional meetings of the Institute, e.g. draft minutes, meeting document preparation, etc.; 

- Assist in membership recruitment and retention program 

Prerequisites: 

- 2-3 years experience in marketing, event management, promotion and budgeting; 

- Good command skills in written and spoken English and Chinese; 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 

- Proficient computer skills; 

- Independent, responsible, and strong marketing sense with good time management; 

- Perform ad-hoc duties as required; 

- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 12:30 pm and / or 2:00 – 5:30pm / 2 days per week) 

- HK$80 – HK$100 per hour, negotiable, depends on experience
