Responsibilities :
- Promote card loan / personal loan product to existing customers via phone calling
- Maintain positive relationship with customers
- Handle customer enquiries and provide quality customer services
- Achieve flexible sales target and objective
- 推廣貸款和信用卡產品以及提供優質的客戶服務
- 透過電話或會面向客戶推廣專業銀行產品
- 靈活的銷售目標

Requirements :
- F.5 or above
- Relevant experience in the selling and telemarketing is an advantage
- Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- 無經驗者不拘 歡迎fresh grad及有興趣投身銀行之人士
- 中五程度、具一年或以上有關工作經驗優先考慮 (有客戶服務及銷售經驗更佳)
- 流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力
- 誠實，對工作熱誠，有責任感
- 基本電腦知識 (包括中文輸入法，MS Word和MS Excel)
