Job Descriptions:
- To greet customers and deliver high quality customer services
- To handle and follow-up guest’s inquiries, complaints and requests in an efficient way
- To assist in ad hoc assignments as and required
Job Requirements:
- Form 5/DSE or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management/ Property Management with related discipline is preferred
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in guest services, service-orientated, initiative and a good team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome
