Job Descriptions:

  • To greet customers and deliver high quality customer services
  • To handle and follow-up guest’s inquiries, complaints and requests in an efficient way
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments as and required

 Job Requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above, certificate holder in Hospitality Management/ Property Management with related discipline is preferred
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in guest services, service-orientated, initiative and a good team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
