Daily Responsibilities include:

  • - Handle day-to-day email / letter / fax in English, Traditional / Simplified Chinese
  • - Deal with customers’ requests in an effective and tactful manner
  • - Update customers’ profile, and necessary information in the CRM system
  • - Report customers’ comments to supervisor for service improvement or follow up with client 

Working period: Sept to Oct
