Responsibilities :
Promote card loan / personal loan product to existing customers via phone calling
Maintain positive relationship with customers
Handle customer enquiries and provide quality customer services
Achieve flexible sales target and objective

透過電話或會面向客戶推廣專業銀行產品

Requirements :
F.5 or above
Relevant experience in the selling and telemarketing is an advantage
Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
無經驗者不拘 歡迎fresh grad及有興趣投身銀行之人士
中五程度、具一年或以上有關工作經驗優先考慮 (有客戶服務及銷售經驗更佳)
流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力
誠實，對工作熱誠，有責任感
基本電腦知識 (包括中文輸入法，MS Word和MS Excel)
