Telesales (P-Loan / Card Loan Team)
Responsibilities:
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to promote P-loans & credit card loans product to existence bank’s customers
• Achieved assigned sales target
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Handle customer’s enquiries and applications
Requirements:
• Secondary Education or above
• Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, hard-working
• At least 1 year call center experience or Telesales related experience
