Customer Service Officer
Client : A Leading Global Telecom Corporation in Hong Kong.
1 year contract job, renew every year as standard.
5 day work ( Monday - Friday )
Work location : Shatin ( close to MTR station )
Job Duties
Provide professional services to the customers via phone calls or emails at defined office hours (Monday to Friday)
Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner.
Register customer requested video conferencing meetings into system and perform daily checking on the meeting schedule and information to ensure meetings to be conducted correctly.
Attend to helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk
Proactive monitor of the video conferencing meetings and immediately follow up any abnormal events or requests from customer during the meetings.
Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences.
Candidate Requirement:
Certificate holder or above.
Adequate communication in written & spoken English & Chinese.
Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill.
Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
