Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work
- Perform user and network support, experience in hardware and software installation
- Handle IT documentation and reporting
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
- On-job training will be provided
- 7/24 standby may be needed, but not a must
Qualifications
- Preferably Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant IT experience
- Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills, and must be able to cope with tight project schedule
- Excellent skills in MS Office application such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Programme Launguage (SQL) and Oracle Siebel has advantage
