Front Desk Officer 前台接待員

 Job Description: 

• Handling front desk operations 
• Addressing guest’s inquiries, requests and complaints 
• Responsible for conducting guest check-in and check-out services 
• Maintaining good guest relationship and upholding professional customer care services standard 
• Ad hoc duties from supervisors and managers 

Requirements: 

• Qualification of high diploma or above. Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred  
• Knowledge in computer application and experience in customer services or hotel industry is an advantage 
• Able to read and write Chinese, fluent Cantonese, good command of Putonghua and English 
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented with pleasant personality 
• Able to work shift duties and overnight 
• Fresh graduates are welcome 

The working hours for the above positions are 9 hours work shift. 

Working Location: Ap Lei Chau (Lidon Exit A2)
