Senior Account Executive / Account Manager (Health)
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a close relationship with Clients by acting as their key point-of-contact and by providing proactive project support to them
• Work closely with your direct manager to understand client objectives and analyze the market situation when receiving briefs
• Develop multi-disciplined agency briefs that inspire creative solutions
• Manage budget, costs, and timing of projects from briefing to conclusion
• Work together with different stakeholders to identify the right resources to meet project objectives, including the understanding of digital strategy and production needs
• Coordinate post-campaign reports that include the results of our work, as well as learnings for future projects
• Ensure proper execution of work in all areas resulting in delivery of consistent and superior output
Experience & Skill Set Required
• 2+ years of experience in performance and branded campaign development and management
• University degree holder, preferably in a marketing or advertising
• Experience at a 4A’s Agency is a must
• Experience handling healthcare clients is preferred
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
• Must be organised with good attention to detail
• Must demonstrate problem solving skills to tackle new challenges
• Must be highly motivated by business performance and creative innovation
• Must be adaptable to fast-paced, multi-cultural working environments
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Must be able to work in Hong Kong (work visas will be considered case by case)
