Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for management of mortgage Loan department and lead the team to meet monthly target
- Provide on-the-job training to staff on regular basis
- Evaluate risk and implement marketing strategies in relation to company
- Prepare business and risk reports for monthly management meeting
- Assist in reviewing and improving the existing system and operation
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 3 years experience of mortgage loan and management position
- Familiar with loan application process and approval of loan applications
- Work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:
- Weekly 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-Off)
- Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch time)
- Saturday : 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
