Responsibilities
- Provide desk side support and advice to internal users.
- Performing installation and configuration of PCs hardware and software upgrades.
- Support and troubleshoot in network, hardware and software issues
- Deliver training to users in relation to the usage of computer systems.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 years IT support experiences
- Familiar with MS Office
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication
- Good command of spoken and written in English & Chinese (Cantonese)
