Job description
- Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, issue cheques, prepare vouchers, filings, etc.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
- Assist in preparing accounting schedules and reconciliation
- Maintain proper accounting records to meet the statutory requirement
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above with LCCI intermediate or above
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, but fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred but not a must
